      Pros

      My management seems to genuinely care about their people. They are pretty flexible. Good amount of PTO and benefits are pretty good compared to other corporations I've worked in.

      Cons

      There's a disconnect between upper management and baseline staff. The company caters to the agents 90% of the time in our region and staff feel stretched thin with limited bandwidth.
