      Pros

      The culture at Compass is amazing. Every single person I've come across (about 750) has been friendly, collaborative, and really smart. As I write this, I can imagine people reading this being skeptical. I totally get it, because Compass is so different from any other company I've come across in my 32 years of being in the workforce. But when you work for a company that has some of the following principles, hopefully, you will understand - #DreamBig, #CollaborateWithoutEgo, and #BounceBackWithPassion. Since I'm fortunate to have a very strong network of friends throughout the country, I get one or two calls a week from people that are considering applying to Compass for a job. I love these calls because I can hear the excitement in my friends' voices when I share with them what Compass is all about. I’m so happy and proud to say I work for Compass.

      Pros

      Great team, inspiring leadership, tons of opportunity, amazing collaboration, lots of support, great benefits. I am extremely happy in my position.

      Cons

      This is a startup company, which means there is always room for improvement, and things are constantly changing. If you are not the type who likes change or challenge, this is not the job for you. Compass moves fast, and expects top rate work and organization.

      Pros

      Everyone at compass is extremely nice, driven, and there to help if needed. I've never worked with such a large group of extraordinary people who are all interested and motivated to make Compass as great as it is. Even though the Company is in a hyper-growth stage everyone comes to work with a proactive attitude and seems excited to get their job done. On top of the great people, Compass really seems to understand taking care of their employees. The benefits that Compass offers is extremely generous and I really appreciate all the company morale activities which keeps being an employee fun!

      Cons

      I haven't run into any cons at Compass. Hyper-growth isn't a bad thing if you're ahead and prepared for it. Compass does a great job with hiring a team that can handle the rate of growth.
