Pros

Incredible technological support from in house developers. Great Assistance from agent ops, marketing and sales managers. Everyone wants everyone to succeed, rare for a brokerage.

Cons

Splits could be better. They should be more progressive than the old fart brokerages of NYC. Charge a higher yearly fee for support but then reward success in traunches.

An amazing culture!! Excellent mission statement and growth opportunities. Extremely fast paced environment that is collaborative in nature. Compass is solution driven and you definitely feel and know that you have found your place in this world
