Pros

There is nothing positive about working at this disaster of a company. It might work for Realtors, but for marketing, IT, PR, etc., it is an absolute nightmare.

Cons

Rogers is an absolute narcissist who surrounds himself my "yes" people. You are lucky if you make it here six months - he will fire you if the wind hits him just right out of nowhere. (like me - just walked into my office one morning and fired me and would not provide a reason) Employees have no protection as there is no proper HR in place. Compensation is extremely low and there is no upward mobility available. This "company" is beyond a joke. Run while you can and always have your head on swivel.

Pros

Competitive salaries, benefits, and other perks, although I've heard this has all changed for the worse. Work life balance is fine, if you can hide in the chaos and backwardsness of the organization.

Cons

Extremely hierarchical, political, and toxic. They only value engineers or extreme extroverts.
