Cons

In my personal experience, I encountered difficulties when attempting to address errors and omissions ($2k in Los Angeles) and get a refund halfway through the year. I faced resistance and had to threaten legal action to achieve a resolution. The arbitrary deletion of my contacts and notes unexpectedly worked in my favor, highlighting the organization's disregard for proper protocol and accountability. Based on these experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend Compass to others
