      Perks. Medical benefits. Friendly environment. All staff very professional. Management does a great job on firing the best people. Team work is just perfect in here. Room for growth, etc, etc.

      Pros

      Great culture! Such an exiting company to be a part of right now with the fast paced growth and expansion! Super collaborative and dynamic.

      Cons

      Growing pains for sure, sometimes recognition doesn’t get delivered to the correct person or team, if at all. People and teams are spread really thin at times.

      Pros

      The technology, marketing and management talent, and level of support for agents is currently unmatched in the real estate industry. I spent time at William Raveis and Jack Conway and Compass blows them away in these very important areas. Not even close. The office culture is also awesome because Compass is very careful about hiring talented/hardworking people who all contribute to a positive work environment. Over the last 20 years I have been a Broker/Owner and worked for Raveis and Conway, and joining Compass is by far the best business decision I have ever made.

      Not joining Compass sooner!
