Cons

Like all brokerages, no health care options for 1099s. Yet.

Pros

- People - Culture Compass is really trying to pull top talent from a variety of industries. They are pulling great agents for the brokerage, and finding the right talent for marketing, training, etc. They've really taken a play from Apple's playbook and infused the company with an amazing culture, spanning across agents and staff with events and an all inclusive environment.

Cons

Lots of work. You will hear the word/words "hyper-growth" a total of 7,655 times in the first month. Roles and responsibilities for certain roles are still being ironed out and can change rapidly, especially if the position is a newly created position. If you are not a fan of fast-paced, ever-changing atmospheres, than you may or may not consider Compass .
