This sets such an incredible tone for the company, as it creates an empowering, entrepreneurial environment. Everyone genuinely loves working here! Compass is setting a new and unprecedented standard in the real estate industry and every single person has a seat at the table to collaborate and contribute. To achieve the goals set, the business moves quickly. I appreciated the transparency during my interview process and hope to set everyone up for success!
