Compass reviews

The culture at Compass is by far one of it's greatest assets. Management seeks to hire "the best", of course, but they also have to be collaborative and want to be a team player. This is a huge difference to other real estate companies out there. Feedback is HUGE at Compass as well. They have even created a Feedback tool where employees can give their ideas, feedback, issues, etc and within a very short amount of time many of these pain points or ideas are then implemented company wide.

Compass is the first broker I have had my license with that is not just a legally required intermediary but a soul-fulfilling, all-inspiring, full throttle place to be. They listen to every bit of agent and employee input to build a company that serves the people that make it happen for the client. Compass is a company that actually LIVES it's values.
