Pros

It's a very exciting time to be at Compass! Compass is rapidly growing and everyone is truly happy to be here and believes in the direction we're going. Robert is one of the most passionate and captivating speakers I've ever heard! Leadership and management are extremely transparent and approachable. Colleagues are smart, collaborative, hardworking, friendly, and passionate. Lots of opportunities for career growth and advancement. The culture is outstanding and their perks are great (too many to list but a few of my top favorites include: free lunch/snacks, 100% covered health care, gym reimbursement) "Our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world" doesn't only apply to agents and clients but also to their employees; this the first time in my life that I can honestly say that I look forward to coming into work everyday.

Cons

Compass is a very fast-paced environment (although, I don't think of this as a con) but with that said, fast-paced is not for everyone.

Pros

Compass is an exciting place to be, and motivated individuals looking to take on lots of dynamic work will do well here. Team members are given ample autonomy and there's a lot of opportunity to grow and progress if you're a self-starter. The employees at Compass are genuinely the smartest, most down to earth people as a whole that I've ever worked with; I can legitimately say I like everyone I work with. Hard work and results are fairly rewarded and recognized, and there's a lot of opportunity for moving up the career ladder.

Cons

Working with an array of agent personalities can be tough, and at times staff can take a bit of a beating. That said, I think Compass has worked through a lot of its growing pains and agents seem to be getting a better understanding of how to work well with the teams. The fast growth and changes in direction at Compass is mostly exciting, but people who like a consistent day-to-day or static goals may find it frustrating.

Pros

Extremely transparent CEO and leadership team. Hard-working, collaborative team where your opinion is valued from Day 1. Low ego, ambitious goal-setting, feedback-driven culture where everyone feels like we're truly onto something great. CEO will frequently say "e-mail me directly" to his ever-growing staff, and unlike other places I've been before, you get the sense he means it. Fantastic culture and perks inc. gym reimbursement, lunch/snacks, fully subsidized health and dental, great office aesthetic, tuition reimbursement

Cons

Office is spread across several floor so lots of time is spent in elevators or going up and down staircases. (Hope that gives you a sense of how few bad things I have to say that it's the only thing that comes to mind.)
