I have been with the company for almost a year, and during this time I have worked with remarkably talented and successful people, all of which are always willing to listen and provide great feedback. The culture of the company is outstanding with likeminded people working together towards one goal. Office space is by far the most fun and collaborative place to work (table tennis, pool table, couches, quiet rooms). Compass is the fastest moving company I have ever experienced but at the same time provides multiple great benefits for the employees to take advantage of, some of which include work from home options, free health insurance, 16 and 8 weeks maternity and paternity leave respectively, free lunch and snacks. Leadership team keeps staff informed about the growth of the company and future plans. We are on the mission to reinvent real estate industry and to enjoy this challenging and exciting process along the way.

There are too many pros to list. Working at Compass as an agent is truly amazing. I view company culture is one of the most important aspects of a job; Compass has created a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. Although we are a large office, it is easy to know and collaborate with all the agents, even across offices. This culture of collaboration and education carries across all levels. I feel that the all the leaders in the company care that we as agents succeed in helping our clients and provide us with the tools and support to do so.
