Pros

The culture by far is amazing and top of it's class. I've worked at two other brokerages and I have to admit it's unique. If you love what you do and do it with other's that love it too it just doesn't feel like work. Also the work environment is highly collaborative and enriching. You are working with other's that are just like you trying to strive at perfection and make fantastic things happen.

Cons

Being an IT and Brokerage company in one it is very IT driven and it moves at a very quick pace. Having in-house engineers working on our software feedback from staff and agents makes a real difference. Tweaks and changes are constant so you must keep up. We are the future of real estate now.

I have interviewed with a number of different companies during my search for the right environment/job, and I never been exposed to such a great team as Compass. It was truly a wonderful experience. The recruiter, Charlie, kept me updated throughout the process and was very responsive/proactive.

Cons

Overall it was a great experience, no cons to report.

- The interview process (can be) lengthy but it is definitely worth it. Leadership and management focus heavily on hiring positive people who are upbeat, excited about the real estate industry and are coachable. - The culture that Compass preaches is substantiated day in and day out by all members of the staff. - The feeling of a hierarchy does not exist at Compass. Everyone genuinely respects one another. - The onboarding process is extremely organized and strategic. Managers & leadership ensure that you understand the company, mission, the expectations of your specific role, and the part you play in growing the business.

Cons

- High recruiting volume can make for a somewhat disorganized interview process. I recommend tightening it up a bit to ensure that you are setting clear expectations for candidates - especially ones you are serious about!
