- The culture here is great. Management and coworkers work hard to uphold high culture values. - People's voices and thoughts have value. - Management helps maintain good work/life balance. - All hands on deck mentality. No one is above each other to help out.

Cons

- It can get busy in waves but if you enjoy a fast pace environment and growth, this won't be an issue.

Everyone works really hard but gets along very well. -The agents at Compass really appreciate the help that the staff members give them. -We have great benefits -The leadership team truly cares about the happiness of all staff members. -As the company grows, HQ takes everyones feedback into consideration.
