Pros

Excellent pay, great work environment, amazing culture.

Cons

They require you to be in-office 5 days/week, and they do not provide you with a very comfortable setup or a designated workstation for that matter. You end up working entirely off of a laptop screen, and making hundreds of calls within small cramped call booths. In addition, there is basically no benefits whatsoever. They took basically everything away from the staff and invested all of it into the agents/customers.

Lots more whole school approach than assumed Depending on locality can be hard to manage high caseloads if the young people are spread out
