Learn about real estate and build relationships with many opportunities to explore different roles

Rollouts had been clunky and education on changes were given pretty much day of or didn’t even know about the changes.

Pros

The training that compass offers is amazing The platform is all inclusive - you don't need to use multiple resources to everything is in your back office office employees are always willing to help You can really build a community amongst fellow agents and staff

Cons

It is on the more expensive side as far as brokerage fees
