      Lack of direction, the leadership team does not care about anyone but themselves, unfair raises, everyone is late for things with no consequences, out dated offices

      Pros

      A company that is more concerned about building their name than the employees that are in it.

      Cons

      Company is full of negativity and gossip. They stalked my social media and said a picture I posted of my face was inappropriate. I really feel they had a problem with me being a gay man. I know for a fact that they also picked on two other gay men because they didn’t feel they fit their image. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for being MYSELF on my own personal Facebook page. Watch out! These people don’t want to help you.

      Pros

      Depends on your team, but there are some great people there. Snacks and all the other stupid start up stuff is available.

      Cons

      Useless HR, gigantic egos across the board. Not for you if want to feel healthy in the work place. No one will help you.
