      If you're into real estate, it's a good way to meet agents Technology is cool, albeit usually broken in some way

      Cons

      Company believes it's a startup and is in hyper-growth mode resulting in many cut corners Recruiters are incompetent and just trying to fill roles Very limited growth potential Couldn't care less about employee best interest DC employee culture is like being in high school all over again

      There are none at all

      Cons

      5 days onsite in office required - no flexibility Pay is so low it does not cover the commuting costs. Work hours are insane often getting requests 10pm or later with immediate response expected Zero diversity - my leadership is all male CEO is more concerned with his ego than his employees. He is corporate greed personified
