Pros

Culture focused for internal employees and agents, great team work and very supportive management.

Cons

Recent organization re-structure and two rounds of layoffs over summer/fall have doubled employee's responsibilities with no additional compensation. Employees are getting burnt out, and company tries to place band-aids instead of motivating their employees with fair pay. A lot of smoke and mirrors within management.

- great benefits - work from home

Cons

- Management is all over the place - expected to work long hours with minimal reward - stress driven work loads - do not consider their employees, only care about the agents (which are the "costumers" of Compass) - make employee's work long hours for agents "costumers" and do all their backend work yet get paid minimal while agents benefit the most from the company
