Pros
Rogers Healy has a very inclusive culture. While there are 200 agents working there Fran and Rogers are very hands on. They spend a lot of time and resources developing agents in a collaborative way. Good spirit of cooperation and company culture. Price of ownership, pride of authorship, and pride of the brand. Being that Rogers not only founded his own brokerage but also works there along side his team you get a sense quickly he deeply cares about his brand.
Cons
At the time I was there Covid was happening and there were a lot of moving parts. Additionally they are working to expand due to some of their success. It at times was less structured than I'm used to but certainly manageable. There was a lot of light at the end of the tunnel but sadly I chose to move on due to the distance of travel to and from their central office.
