See the inside of a scaling pre-IPO unicorn Ability to partner with internal teams like AI and devops Tons of interesting work, people, and teams Can work closely with the "customer" (agents part of same company) Strong career ladder Great healthcare Decent perks

Cons

Some growing pains from scaling (200 to 400 engineers in 2019): - Subcultures in diff departments - Clarity around processes can be confusing sometimes - Exec team has had a decent amount of fluctuation in last 2 years, which has some negative side effects, but seems to have maybe stabilized now.
