      Pros

      Incredible culture, smart passionate people, supportive leadership and a multitude of opportunities for learning and growth. Something that really stands out to me is that leadership and executives care about the people as human beings - not just employees. Through my lengthy career it's not something I've experienced often - if at all.

      Cons

      With such a fast growing company come growing pains (which is expected). This isn't a con, but I think the leadership team has done a great job of weathering the storms, adjusting quickly and learning from things that don't work

      Pros

      Compass employs top talent in each of its markets that are ambitious, goal-oriented and thrive in a fact-paced environment. Staff truly cares about helping agents grow and better their business. Teams truly "collaborates without ego" daily and leadership is very inspiring. It is a very good place to grow in your career and there is immense opportunity to progress and make a real difference. Innovative ideas are highly encouraged at Compass and employees are rewarded for their ideas and opinions.

      Cons

      While the interview process can be rigorous and seem very long, it actually ends up helping ensure that employees are truly good culture fits.
