      Pros

      Solid engineering leadership with experience in medium to large sized orgs. Good tech vision for how to improve/evolve/innovate the real estate industry. Employees are given a high degree of ownership in their work. Very smart individuals working here. Post Series-G funding round. Lunch provided in HQ everyday.

      Cons

      These are not necessarily cons, but should be known when considering joining: Fast-paced startup environment requires comfort with change/evolution. Be ready to work smart and fast. High growth in engineering requires some employees to interview a lot.

      Pros

      Creative/collaborative company culture, working with amazing team members, lots of office locations nationwide which makes for easy travel, great employee benefits

      Cons

      Don't really have any complaints, there's been a lot of movement in senior leadership / P&C this year that felt a little unstable but it was rectified quickly and didn't affect regional teams so it wasn't that unnerving. No 401k Matching yet, which isn't the end of the world because our healthcare is fully covered (which is amazing!!)

      Pros

      A very upbeat workplace that offers a lot of technical support to agents. IT is excellent and responds quickly to requests. Very smart and ambitious people who are driven to succeed so it's a very good environment in that way.

      Cons

      Some agents feel overwhelmed by the pace of new technology and the overwhelming positivity. Any problem you have is assumed to be a problem of your attitude instead of something structural that needs to be addressed.
