      Pros

      Compass is a fast-paced environment that is experiencing incredible growth. Compass looks to internal talent first when standing up new teams or new initiatives which has provided both me and many people at the company with accelerated career oppoertunities and exposure. The talent at Compass in every dept is top notch and no egos allowed.

      Cons

      You need to be stimulated by fast-paced, quick decision making and working through ambiguity to be successful. Not a con but a reality here.
