      Pros

      Great coworkers. Was able to learn a lot of new skills. Fun happy hours.

      Cons

      With the acuqisitions and mergers, it became difficult working for some agents. Management was not that great with dealing with concerns.

      Compass truly lives the value Move Fast. It's a nimble environment where things are ever-changing and customer feedback reigns supreme. If you have an idea that will drive the company towards its ambitious goals you are instantly given the resources to achieve it.

      Cons

      Change can be hard & hyper-growth requires focus, long hours and a passion for what you are working on. This type of environment brings a healthy level of turnover.
