Enjoyable work if you like relationship building, problem-solving and tech-related strategy. It truly is the best brokerage agent-wise.

Cons

Operational leadership is comically bad at the moment. There is 0 priority for employee happiness. "Learning from reality" is one of a few cult-like mantras but think returning to nearly empty offices 5-days a week is the way forward. Launch products with no feedback from customers or customer-facing staff, then don't bother improving the product, just fix the product bugs until the next glitzy rollout happens.

Company was great before it went public in 2021.

Cons

Once the company went public, any and all benefits that made the company worthwhile to be an employee flew out the window for the sake of stakeholders. There are no advancements at this company no matter the amount of work that was put in. There is little to no care for the employees and is flooded with fake positivity. Diversity level is 0.

Great local employee base, benefits, learning opportunities.

Cons

Steady stream of high-pressure, high stress projects - with agents (who work 24/7 and make hundreds of thousands a year) - being the ultimate (and internal) clients. Also, highly political, with gross amounts of favoritism (most notably HQ over regional teams).
