      Had Potential but Threw it All Away

      Nice coworkers but not much besides that.

      Cons

      Awful upper management. Constant layoffs with zero regard to their employees feelings. Spends $$$ on appearance and parties to keep the current employees happy while laid off employees are struggling to find new jobs. Managers lie directly to their employees faces to try and keep the stragglers. Do not work here.

      Compass is falling apart

      Pros

      The people are the only thing keeping compass afloat.

      Cons

      There were 2 rounds of layoffs in 2022, all staff was promised no more. The second work day of 2023 another layoff came with little to no severance packages. The employees were already in over their heads in work and now it's a million times worse. If you are interviewing here - run. If you work here, prepare your resume.
