Pros

Extremely transparent CEO and leadership team. Hard-working, collaborative team where your opinion is valued from Day 1. Low ego, ambitious goal-setting, feedback-driven culture where everyone feels like we're truly onto something great. CEO will frequently say "e-mail me directly" to his ever-growing staff, and unlike other places I've been before, you get the sense he means it. Fantastic culture and perks inc. gym reimbursement, lunch/snacks, fully subsidized health and dental, great office aesthetic, tuition reimbursement

Cons

Office is spread across several floor so lots of time is spent in elevators or going up and down staircases. (Hope that gives you a sense of how few bad things I have to say that it's the only thing that comes to mind.)

Pros

The benefits are great, I feel there is growth opportunity in my position, and it's exciting to be part of a company that is growing and looking to revolutionize the real estate industry. You can tell the leadership team believes in Compass and is working hard to make Compass a great place to work, a great real estate company for consumers, and a great organization for agents to affiliate with. I can also say that leadership has worked towards making improvements in areas that needed help (like providing management training, starting to hire more rapidly for teams that have consistently been under-staffed, make adjustments when given feedback from team members, and holding agents accountable for how they treat staff).

Cons

The culture is something that Compass pushes hard and at times it's difficult to feel like you're fitting in with the culture if you're an introvert. I don't particularly care about fitting in, but I sometimes feel pressured by Compass to do so.

Pros

As the rapid growth occurs and the headcount numbers grow, what remains is the healthiest culture I've experienced over a long career in retail and real estate.

Cons
