      Pros

      Awesome awesome culture. We are growing at a remarkable pace and everyone's all-hands on deck attitude is positive and refreshing without being internally competitive. It's a remarkable experience for someone looking to stretch themselves and who's open to wearing multiple hats.

      Cons

      Fast growth sometimes means catching up. There's still a lot of room to build out better, leaner processes with clearer accountability.

      Pros

      They get some of the best engineers, PMs, product designers and marketers. Smart and enthusiastic people that are easy to work with and love to share what they know and teach and learn from each other. Hack days are awesome too.

      Cons

      Product leadership was a mess. Hard to do your best work. Making agents use the produtcs but not making them work better for the agents isnt a good formula for success.
