      Pros

      I have been working at Compass as an agent for almost three years. I am an agent with 15 years experience and there is no other real estate company that can compare to Compass. Let's start with the zero-tolerance policy for misbehavior, of any sort, no matter how big of a producer....ethics, moral and good behavior take precedence. They have the best in-house technology and tools with some of the smartest people/engineers/managers I have ever met. It is a help one another culture, whether staff, agent, president or CEO everyone supports each other. The greatest testament to Compass, people are smiling, they're happy and are happy to go above and beyond to support a company that supports them.

      Our technology and the systems they have put in place for me as a sales agent are phenomenal. Truly the best and I have been in real estate sales for 26 years so I have a lot to compare them with. They make me look smart. The quality of the team members they hire to support us are exemplary. The detail in terms of the branding of the company are elegant and clean. There is a lot of buzz these days about company "culture" and I will tell you Compass has a true commitment to keeping our culture top notch. It's a pleasure to walk in the office and find a truly collaborative environment. The entire Senior Management team is stellar, and fun. Starting with our Robert Refkin and trickling on down.

      Cons

      There are no cons, but you can't walk in the door and not be willing to stretch your grey matter. There are many tools they have built for us on the technology end but you must take the time to sit down to learn them and utilize them. It is not that time consuming or challenging but does require a commitment.
