      Pros

      Compass is a phenomenal place to work for those that want to perform at the very highest level and push themselves to realize the potential. The company has tremendous ambition to re-define a brokerage with great community, culture and technology and is laser focused on that. The set of people at the company in all disciplines are excellent and along almost every dimension a desire to do things differently than a typical brokerage would do it.

      Cons

      A fast paced environment that demands excellence is not for everyone. This is not for the faint of heart so if you are looking for something where you can be on cruise control and not work very hard than best to look elsewhere

      Pros

      Since coming to compass in 2014 our business has skyrocketed. The quality of agents and staff is something that I've never seen at any company, let alone a real estate company. With that being said, what's most impressive about Compass is the culture. It's an environment of sharing and trust and everyone is completely committed and open to helping one another in any way.

      Cons

      The rapid growth of the company has led to some speed bumps along the way but management is always quick to recognize them and address them immediately

      At Compass, you are surrounded by the best and the brightest professionals who are collaborative, forward thinking and ethical. We all feel so passionate about our company because there is transparency from the top down. We are invested in our growth. I have worked at other real estate companies and none compare. Compass is focussed on our success. I am so proud to be at Compass.
