Pros

Between the time I signed my offer letter to my first day, every member of my team and the CEO reached out to me to welcome me to Compass. From Day 1, I was given a long-term project that would effect the entire trajectory of our hiring process. I was initially daunted by the proposition but the environment and team here is so supportive that I'm achieving goals that I thought would come years down the line.

Cons

We're still very much a start-up mentality so things move very quickly.

Pros

- Surrounded by some of the smartest people I've ever met - Manager & team that genuinely cares about me - Inspirational executive team that make themselves accessible to employees - Challenging work, and given the autonomy, support & tools to succeed - Many perks! Work is busy but hours aren't crazy, nice offices, free lunches/snacks, 100% company sponsored healthcare, fitness & tuition reimbursement.

Cons

- Can be stressful at times as things move quickly and there are high expectations

Pros

Compass is really on the verge of taking off. Things are still new and forming, but they are tackling caring for an enployee from all angles: career ladders to ensure there's professional growth, 100% covered health insurance for you and your family, paid maternity/paternity leave, tuition reimbursement, competitive salaries, free catered lunch daily, etc. There is also so much growth that the opportunities are endless, you can transfer to another role or office as long as there is an opening and you can start a new project/initiative as long as it makes sense for the business.

Cons

With such rapid growth, the solid processes and other foundational aspects of a tenured company are not all in place yet.
