      A Large Company with a Tight Knit Community

      Pros

      The leadership at Compass truly cares about every individual who works at the company. Through rapid expansion and growth, Compass has remained a company that values community. I feel as though I've had the opportunity to work with every department and had exposure to every level of employee in my one year at Compass. Our leadership team is approachable and collaborative and I think that sets the best tone for all other members of the staff.

      Cons

      Compass is a still a start up and definitely has room to improve process in all departments.

      Pros

      Fantastic workplace atmosphere, everyone is bought in on the mission, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, CEO who knows how to connect with employees, product that is disrupting an industry.

      Cons

      None so far. The company is growing very fast and things happen quickly, need to be able to adapt to change. May not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Compass has the potential to be a truly disruptive company in one of the oldest and least tech-influenced industries - real estate. I'm especially impressed by the quality of the team - from execs on down - and to the authentic commitment to building a great culture.

      Cons

      You need to be ready for a fast paced startup environment and all that entails. Not a con but it's a real thing.
