Compass reviews

Since Compass is still growing we are constantly changing. This isn't necessarily bad, but some individuals may not like that aspect. I personally love to know we are growing.

+ I am 18 months in with all successful reviews and my advancement and growth is seemingly dependent on the growth of the company. While I understand that my work can define my role there is no "next step" for this role making it difficult to see myself here long terms without switching departments. + Sometimes there is too much focus on culture and not enough on business.
