      Pros

      Dynamic company with a clear vision and strong culture. Always collaborative and try to improve all the time. Takes input from staff and brokers constantly and is capable of adapting quickly.

      Cons

      Needs to firm up accounting processes and controls with better tools.

      Pros

      Relatively high autonomy Free snacks and catered lunch daily Seamless stipend for dinner for late workers Pool and ping pong tables Roof deck with power and plenty of seating Relatively strong hardware to work with 100% AWS Paid health benefits Health and wellness stipend Education/training stipend Relaxed WFH policy, somewhat flexible hours Flavored still and sparkling waters Ground floor in terms of where the technology can eventually lead Everyone's ideas are heard and addressed (even mine!)

      Cons

      Leadership team has been in flux a lot (apparently settling down, who knows) Normal attrition rate, which is a con for an exciting startup (although, at 5 years old, is it?) Not the same pay as Amazon/Google/Microsoft, but good enough when you factor in all the perks.

      Pros

      Compass is unlike anywhere I have ever worked. I have the pleasure of being surrounded by the most talented, motivated, and driven professionals both on the staff side--as well as our real estate agents. The company culture is truly unparalleled, and I could not possibly imagine a more progressive, supportive company. I feel incredibly lucky to work at such an amazing place.
