      Pros

      Truly pretty amazing diversity of talent. I've always worked in cultures of excellence, but this place is special for having people who are at the top of their game and talented in very different ways. Keeps you on your toes. Also very low-ego environment - best ideas win.

      Cons

      Definitely a fast-paced environment, priorities can change quickly.

      - Executive team is hyper-focused on culture and employee satisfaction. - Accomplished and smart employees, starting with the CEO and extending across the company, who are all competitive with the outside world but very collaborative with one another. - Employees in all departments are able to work on impactful projects that are reshaping the residential brokerage industry. - Employees enjoy coming to work Monday mornings.

      Along with the company's rapid success has been a fast-pace approach to the day-to-day at Compass that is not ideal for all individuals.
