      Pros

      Incredible job security (especially for being in the startup phase); best-in-class talent; high investment in company culture all the way up to the executive level.

      Cons

      Promotions are generally a very tough fight; work/life balance isn't very well-distributed across roles (some seem to have it; others not as much).

      - Great culture, company works very hard to empower all offices across the country to implement cultural programs - Lots of opportunity for growth, people promoted regularly from within and leadership open to employees discussing goals for future growth - Transparent management style for the most part - No egos - Everyone is keyed in to company mission and this creates a great working environment

      Cons

      - Internal communication can be difficult at times. Company moving quickly and timeline of when certain teams know information can be really short causing confusion

      Pros

      I've been so impressed with the onboarding process at Compass and how integrated I've felt in a short time. The things I was hoping would be true about Compass - that it's an environment that embraces people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences and provides them with interesting, challenging work in an atmosphere in which they can grow and succeed - have all proven to be true. This is an inspiring place to work and it's exciting to work with leaders who are so genuinely passionate and excited about the mission and trajectory of the company.

      Cons

      This is a place where your hard work is rewarded and where it's on you to make sure you're learning and growing. It's a fast paced environment, but it's fulfilling work that makes the days fly by.
