Remote work, good salary, excellent engineering culture.

Cons

Hundreds of us were laid off after I was there for less than a year and it looks like the self-proclaimed tech-focused real estate brokerage will be investing a lot less in its technology in the years to come.

- No career growth. They don't promote the right people or or truly value employees. - You will travel to multiple offices, even though you are assigned to one. - No work life balance. ESPECIALLY for working parents. - Does not pay great. - Leadership is non existent. You are on your own at all times. - There are no processes or structure. - You live in 1,000 different programs and documents. So you spend more time searching than doing your job efficiently.
