Pros

Location, benefits, free lunch, some cool people, especially on the Creative Team.

Cons

Lot of dorks who think they know more about New York than you do. Egos are an issue here. Also, not enough foundation for their loftier projects. There are a lot of great ideas at Compass because there's an expectation that you come up with these huge "dream big" schemes in order to demonstrate your worth/usefulness. However, the initial structure for these ideas are never fully thought out and become the problem of other people and then it's your fault for not knowing how to navigate/not being "solutions driven" enough.

Good benefit but not good for their people if you are alumni.

Cons

-Terrible operational processes internal and external - constant change to company goals/directives - Despite having values being about people, they will repost old roles that they got rid of and then not re-hire.
