Pros

The most amazing longstanding reality inside Compassion is the passion, dedication and commitment of its employees and frontline care givers, tutors, cooks, teachers, directors, health specialist and other volunteers. They serve children and their families who live in poverty with great love, all in Jesus' name bringing hope and help where it is needed most across 29 countries.

Cons

Keeping a nimble and agile posture in a large scale growing global organization is very challenging. Compassion can improve on this front.
