      Pros

      -Coworkers were nice and pay was pretty good.

      Cons

      -Bad, unorganized, ineffective management -Lack of communication from management -Extremely high turnover of staff -No clear direction or expectations of workflow -New electronic charting system is not user friendly and monitors employees like 'Big Brother' -Lack of training for positions that aren't nurses

      In need of leadership overhaul

      Pros

      Small team that had the potential for a family like atmosphere

      Cons

      Management was not even present in the same city. They had zero hospice experience and no ability to lead effectively. Unrealistic expectations were a daily occurrence. The company as a whole was great, the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus branches were unprofessional, under funded, and did not give the patients the treatment they deserved
