      Pros

      Inventory always good and stocked for nurses, aides, office staff and clients.

      Cons

      No communication, political discussions in office, manager in office doesn’t approve of gays or lesbians along with other staff members who vocally converse about it in the office, and employees who have explosive anger issues in front of clients and in office but managers don’t instill discipline accordingly.
