I've been with Complete Staffing Solutions for a year now. Great company that gives you the resources to be successful. All processes and procedures are open to discussion/change. Individual success is largely accredited to the collaborative efforts of the team. Help me, help you.

Cons

The job market is competitive, creating some high pressure closing situations. No issues with the company, but the nature of the work isn't for everyone.

I earned a salary to pay for my rent, jestful environment.

Cons

Literally everything else, poor pay, structured so you never bonus, they only see their employees as a dollar sign, it’s sickening.
