      Pros

      Great team atmosphere, easy to use CRM system(s) for both temp and perm, excellent work life balance. Training for internal employees is thorough and hands on, the focus is on allowing someone who may not have recruiting or sales experience the opportunity to fully immerse themselves with a dive in approach. You are coached and mentored continuously while also feeling like you are an independent individual. Complete Staffing has community email addresses set up for all divisions so that particular groups can communicate with ease regarding candidates and job orders to ensure every office in every state is in constant communication. The office atmosphere is great- everyone working together as a cohesive unit to recruit and fill jobs! Extremely laid back but professional, the office is located inside a beautiful building- bathrooms on site or outside the suite, coffee (always) and a full kitchen with private conference and waiting rooms.

      - Management does listen when you offer suggestions and are willing to discuss subjects.

      Cons

      - No up to date systems or online processes, makes the job 100 times more difficult for the employee. - No active CRM system - overlapping calls all the time, incredibly unprofessional. - No training opportunities for new recruiters - they struggle and don't learn proper techniques thus making them less likely for success. - No proper training opportunities for new employees - no processes in place to train, everything is very "fly by the seat of the pants" and "beg forgiveness not permission" - Poor ethics - makes decisions that I personally wasn't comfortable with, and wasn't willing to put my reputation on the line for. - The office atmosphere is incredibly unprofessional - they don't use a transferring system for their phones and instead scream across the room when someone gets a call. Unprofessional language by every employee, including management - they speak about clients and candidates in the most disrespectful ways. - Poor IT support - No office perks that you may find in other offices - no bathroom in the office, no coffee, no proper kitchen, dated supplies.
