Pros

If you do well or are new you get the fake nice treatment.

Cons

At the drop of a dime the entire attitude can change toward you. It’s a toxic feminist environment where they verbally abuse the men and are total mean girls and exercise bullying. They will be nice to your face and talk behind your back the second you’re not there. They laugh and pick on candidates/ clients and employees for sport and trash their personal lives. They completely underpay commissions by a landslide and their benefits are expensive and suck. They behave and speak like they are better than you and exercise favoritism. If you want to be treated like an incompetent child that’s bullied then this is for you.

We take promoting women in the work place very seriously, the language and view toward professional women in the workplace and those in power are very different than our counter-parts and this review perfectly proves that point. Just because people choose not to give 100% and participate in the numerous ways to make money doesn't mean the commission plan is not suitable. It is actually an astounding industry should you choose to participate correctly.

Pros

Salary plus commission, work outings, friendly coworkers

Cons

Management doesn’t allow you to actually use PTO, They go into any social media platforms you use as long as you’re logged in and snoop in your personal data, unrealistic expectations, short staffed putting extra pressure on other team members

Pros

Not working there any more

Cons

I was an employee in the Marlboro office. Unless you are a seasoned recruiter who bills 200-300k a year do not come to this company. They work a draw system which means if they pay you 50k you will have to bill 150k to break even and not be in the hole. They have no development structure and there "training" is a chance for their top billers to tell you why they joined the company and endlessly ramble. You will have to sign a non compete which means they keep all of your hard work from the year including new clients and candidates you source for them. If you look around there are no high quality human beings in the entire company. Lastly, they are very good at pretending to care about you and befriending you to distract you from what is going on. The Foxwoods trip and summer golf outing are great because you get free alcohol to numb the pain of being in a room full of people who are an average of a 5. Matt McMullen should be in charge and is the man
