Pros
None. Toxic work culture, the managers compare staff at different offices, bro culture, totally outdated. All computers have been refurbished at least half a dozen times, no one there has a new computer save for a few leaders. Compensation was a joke, after a year I asked for a raise to 45k, got criticized for being lazy and was given a raise to 40k. Commission structure is a joke, a one time payment if $12 when the candidate starts. Totally antiquated system. Run, don’t walk. You can get recruiting experience literally anywhere else.
Cons
Staff doesn’t take responsibility for their own work. Like if people at one office didn’t want to answer questions about benefits, or hours or anything they’d have them call our office even tho they weren’t our candidates. I would do the work for the account managers, handling their calls when they wanted to dodge a call or go golfing for the day. I wasn’t a secretary, I was a recruiter making $18 per hour. They need to level up or they’ll be closed soon. They don’t have they agility to adapt and keep up in a changing market.
