It's a temp agency, not always available with work assignments, of you leaves one place you have to wait till your done before next interview

Good, pro-active agency with young talent and folks who take the time to return calls and put in a good word for you with the client employer. My direct experience was with the Bedford, NH branch who treated me well. Especially Chris A.

Cons

no real downsides to report on CSS, but like any agency placement, you need to be sure the job and work is a proper fit for your strengths and interests going forward.
