Pros
Complete Staffing is a GREAT company for someone who is trying to figure out whether or not they want to get into recruiting as a life long career. CSS taught me SO many things that I will take with me through my career. I was trained from the best of the best and met some extremely successful recruiters. I never knew this was an industry I could even see myself in but I have fallen in love with the industry and I can only thank CSS for this. The people are fantastic, excellent management, and mentor-ships. Dave on the perm team is PHENOMENAL and I look up to him tremendously. Gina on the temp-perm team is amazing as well and such a great teacher. I have not one bad thing to say about this company and am truly thankful for the opportunities I was given here. Anthony and Paul (the owners) have really made this company a place of true entrepreneurship.
Cons
The commission structure is tough to make $$ off of. In comparison to other Boston staffing companies, it's definitely on the lower end (financially). Other than the compensation aspect.....this company is great.
