Focus on Proper Training as much as you do Culture.

Pros

Complex Media works to constantly maintain a sense of company culture and not loose its creative edge.

Cons

When I was hired, I was trained by an employee who already mentally checked out. My training was not sufficient, and my managers were so overwhelmed with their own workload that they lacked time to help me grow in my role. Luckily, I was able to learn on my own by thinking outside of the box.
