Everyone is pretty laid back, never felt much deadline pressure, open to new ideas

Cons

They're trying to follow this BuzzFeed model with a lot of clickbait. The actual content (interviews mostly) was good though, just not enough of it. Had a silo like culture between departments.

Everyone is welcoming and willing to help you with any problems that may arise. Lots of perks such as parties, buffet lunches and exclusive interviews. Can write about anything you'd like if the quality of writing is up to par. No dress code (for the most part).

Cons

Curating certain content from other sites can be a drag occasionally.

Everyone is very young, cool, and open to new ideas. Pay is pretty good, which you can't say about some similar publications.

Cons

A lot of miscommunication or just a straight up lack of communication, especially when it comes to big changes. Decisions are made and then announced all of the sudden.
