Unfortunately their is not any Pros

Cons

Management at all levels does not needs to be shaken out - top notch managers are a pipe dream while bench warmers just don't get it. I would be surprised if Compucom still exist in 5 to 10 years. Compensation does not reflect the time and training needed to accommodate vendor requirements to work on their products. Kind of like they want you to wear a 200 suit but work in the dollar store.
